JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute quality control processes per purchased product, manufacturing operations, and customer quality requirements.
* Inspection of parts, assemblies, and finished products utilizing necessary tools and equipment in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and drawings.
* Perform measurement using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and CMM/VMM.
* Document inspection activities using electronic systems, written logs, and labels.
* Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of inspection methods, inspection plans, and internal quality procedures and processes.
* Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies.
* Assist in data analysis and department metrics reporting as required.
* Assist with the continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist in the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendations.
* Assist with the control and disposition of non-conforming material (MRB).
* Drive scheduling of day-to-day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround.
* Other QC duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or higher ( Associate Degree in a technical field preferred)
* 2 -4 years relevant work experience or training required, preferably a regulated environment (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical device).​
* Experience with quality control processes.
* Experience with caliper, gauge inspections
* Experience with AS9100 OR ISO9001 Quality Management Systems ​
* Experience in the aerospace or electronics industry
* Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
* J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and/or IPC/WHA-A-620 certification
