JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee and manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance within the ERP system.
* Manage approved suppliers in accordance with organization and customer requirements.
* Maintain open communication with the supply chain.
* Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
* Communicate with Quality personnel and customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
* Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents such as Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
* Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management.
* Issue Supplier Corrective Actions Requests (SCARs) as needed.
* Manage priorities for delivery of products and services.
* Work with Quality personnel and customers to formalize procurement requirements.
* Manage contract terminations and Purchase Order closeouts.
* Deliver timely accurate status for planned orders, purchase requisitions, and supplier performance.
* Communicate across functions to manage risks, issues, and performance to plan.
* Adhere to plant and department safety rules and report safety problems.
* Train less skilled personnel as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
* Must have manufacturing experience
* ERP Systems experience (SAP or Coupa)
* Knowledge of AS9100 QMS
* Experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
