JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 'Asset Recovery Specialist' to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is to work closely with customers to schedule the recovery of loaner Ultrasound units.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with customers to schedule the timely recovery of loaner Ultrasound units.
* Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to the recovery process.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and report on the status of recovery operations to management.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
* Proven experience in asset recovery, logistics, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the medical equipment industry.
* Knowledge of Ultrasound equipment and its handling.
* Familiarity with CRM software and asset management systems.
