An entry-level Designer job with Belcan Engineering Group is currently available in Lexington, KY. This job is a full-time direct position. The position involves performing various design tasks in support of quality dispositions.
Job Duties:
* Review components flagged by supplier as being outside of technical tolerance range
* Compare components to technical dimensions provided by supplier
* Document findings in PowerPoint format and deliver to customer
* Attend meetings and coordination with customer
* Work independently under minimal direction
Requirements:
* Minimum Associates Degree in an engineering related field
* Strong emphasis on customer service
* Excellent organizational skills
* Proven ability to focus on minute details
* Must have good interpersonal skills and willing to work with others effectively
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written
* Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience
* Due to the nature of the work being supported all applicants must be U. S. Citizens
Preferred:
* Experience operating in SAP
* Previous utilization of parametric 3D CAD software
* Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney products, service line
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary of $44,000 to $50,000 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
