Overview:
Join an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing facility as a Level II RT Inspector performing X-ray inspections using film and/or digital radiography. This role ensures compliance and quality of aerospace castings, welds, and brazes in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct radiographic inspections per NAS-410 and customer standards
* Interpret and evaluate flaws in castings, welds, and brazes
* Provide OJT to Level I inspectors and support technique development
* Maintain compliance with NADCAP, AS9100, and radiation safety standards
Qualifications:
* Current or eligible NAS-410 Level II RT certification (film and/or digital)
* Minimum 800-1000 hours RT experience + required classroom training
* Experience in aerospace NDT with strong flaw interpretation skills
* Knowledge of radiation safety and NADCAP environments
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.
Preferred:
* Dual certification (film + digital), and familiarity with FAA repair station standards
