o Molecular skills: DNA preps, digests, ligations, electroporation, DNA transformations, PCR
o Potential to design and troubleshoot alternative cloning approaches
o High-throughput DNA cloning reactions
o Troubleshoot automation
o Manage inventory and ordering of laboratory consumables as well as maintain organization of workspaces
Qualifications:
· BS with 1-3 years' experience in molecular biology.
· DNA manipulations and automation experience.
