JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Facilitate and develop new elements of APQP including process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams
* Weekly staff and prioritization meetings
* Facilitate the development of APQP documentation including, but not limited to process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams
* Support and tracking of recommended action from the process FMEAs
* Independent scheduling and leading APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams
* Review and /or develop process capability studies, measurement systems analysis
* Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP)
* Formal documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering required
* 8-10 years experience required
* 5 years of experience within manufacturing- machining
* Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
* Knowledge of Excell, PowerPoint and Teams
* Prior automotive industry experience is a plus
