Experience with the following:
Forecast parts usage & ensure timely delivery of parts needed to support project
Implement inventory changes related to part configuration based on collaboration with client to ensure there are enough parts to meet production requirements
Store and handle parts according to parts management procedure
Place order for parts by following the appropriate procedure
Track parts movement, quantities and changes following warehouse procedures
Maintain control of parts & parts levels, reorder parts & safety stocks
Properly quarantine inventory & Maintain control of records of items held in segregation from main inventory.
Ensure all Components accompany quality paperwork
Maintain 100% accuracy of parts documentation and 0 rejections due to documentation
Ensuring routing of repairable items to appropriate facility
