We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $19/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Summary:
The General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks which are generally either unskilled or semi-skilled in
nature.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform manual labor tasks and support team members during jobs.
* Identify any hazards as observed for safety of personnel and equipment.
* Communicate issues with leadership.
* Perform shop clean-up and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience (required):
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* No previous experience required.
Education and Experience (preferred):
* 1 year of experience working with wiring harnesses.
* Experience packing and shipping parts.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Dependable and has good attendance.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):
* Knowledge of hand tools.
* Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.
