JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Customer Service emails to ensure accurate and on-time inquiry follow-up and resolution
* Proactively monitor order data for proactive communications and follow-up as needed
* Act as a liaison between customer service, warehousing and logistics, and product supply for customer inquiry resolution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma
* 1+ years of relevant experience
* Experience with EDI (electronic data interchange)
* Proficient Windows 10 (Outlook, Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint skills)
* Good communication skills
* Analytical and proper decision making skills
* Outstanding organizational, time management and self-motivational skills as well as multi-tasking skills are imperative to effectively perform the functions of this position, due to the diverse job responsibilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills, professional and ethical work practices are also required.
* Must possess the ability to effectively interact with employees in several functional departments
