Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications
* Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity
* Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards
* Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies
* Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision
* Assist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facility
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
* Requires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.
* Basic math and counting skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards
Preferred Skills:
* Prior manufacturing or packaging experience
* Familiarity with food or ingredient production environments
Working Conditions:
* Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations
* Required use of PPE (safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, bump caps, etc.)
* Work is repetitive in nature and requires patience, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged in a routine-based role.
