JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform inspections of incoming materials and outgoing shipments
* Interpret and adhere to quality standards, specifications, and procedures
* Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and quality
* Document inspection results and maintain detailed records
* Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
* Perform administrative tasks associated with file management and material control
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
* HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organization
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* SAP and Microsoft Office Experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications desired
