An IT Helpdesk Support job opportunity is available with our client in Weirton, WV. In this role you will be responsible for supporting in setting up equipment, setting up licenses for new hires along with other support needs. To be considered for this role you will have 1-2 years' experience.
IT Helpdesk Support job duties
- reset older machines
- call repairs on damaged machines
- set up contractors
- set up New Hires
- move people to Github OU (for license), assign MS Office licenses - maybe more
- setup Desk Kits
Knowledge/Skills/Educations/Experience
- Experience with Microsoft/ Google Systems
- 1 + work experience
- Experience with setting up Computers/Monitors
- Experience with setting up licenses for New Hires/Staff
