1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM/Pay Rate: $26.39
2nd Shift Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM/Pay Rate: $28.50
3rd Shift Hours: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM/Pay Rate: $29.56
Job Description:
We are seeking Test Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to support testing, troubleshooting, and verification of advanced electronic products. These roles involve hands on work with a wide range of test equipment, engineering documentation, and proprietary systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform product testing using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents.
* Set up and operate a wide range of electronic test equipment.
* Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and components.
* Load software and firmware as part of testing processes.
* Document test results accurately and thoroughly.
* Move materials on and off test platforms as needed.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams and maintain a strong safety focus.
Required Qualifications:
* HS Diploma or AA/AS degree OR equivalent post secondary technical training
* Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or military electronics training
* Ability to read and interpret:
o Schematics
o Wiring diagrams
o Engineering drawings
* Experience with RF, digital, and analog testing
* Ability to perform software and firmware loads
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* No clearance required while on contract
* Must be able to obtain a clearance if converted to a direct employee
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
* Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 25-50 lbs).
* Ability to work in a lab or production floor environment with electronic equipment.
* Ability to use hands and fingers for handling components, tools, and test equipment.
* Must follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols.
Additional preferred skills:
* Familiarity with SAP or test data systems (Raytheon uses several proprietary systems)
* Ability to understand and execute software/firmware loading processes
* Soldering or rework skills (may be required depending on assignment)
* Flexibility to support multiple shifts and weekend work once trained
* Strong safety mindset and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
