Overview:
Belcan is seeking a Program Manager to provide operational and project coordination support within an advanced aerospace manufacturing program. This role will focus on supporting the readiness and on-time delivery of engines and critical components throughout the assembly, testing, and delivery lifecycle.
The Program Manager will coordinate activities across engineering, supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure major components and assemblies arrive on schedule for final assembly and testing. The role also supports the final delivery of completed products to customers.
This position will play a key role in tooling readiness, logistics coordination, and certification support, ensuring engine tooling, shipping stands, and related resources are available to meet program milestones for testing, certification, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional activities to support engine assembly, testing, certification, and delivery schedules.
* Partner with engineering teams to validate BOM data, drawing revisions, and configuration details required for certification documentation.
* Create and manage certification documentation within enterprise quality systems and track readiness status for compliance reviews.
* Develop and maintain tooling readiness plans, including planning for engine stands, component stands, and spare tooling requirements.
* Lead cross-functional tooling coordination meetings and track action plans to ensure readiness for production and testing.
* Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to develop RFQs, issue requisitions and purchase orders, and manage supplier delivery schedules.
* Coordinate shipping and logistics with internal transportation teams to ensure tooling and components move efficiently between facilities.
* Support implementation of tooling changes, service bulletins, and urgent engineering modifications required to maintain program schedules.
Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations, supply chain, and program/project coordination.
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
* Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Experience using Excel and enterprise systems for planning, tracking, and reporting.
* Experience supporting aerospace tooling, production operations, or program logistics.
* Familiarity with enterprise quality or manufacturing systems is preferred.
* U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
