Treasury Manager JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure sufficient and efficient funding of the group & local entities through various financing instruments
* Assist to improve the accuracy of 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast Report, liaising with related stakeholders
* Analyze bank analysis statements to ensure bank service charges are accurate and minimized
* Support debt management and related reporting, including term loans, RCF and ABL
* Execute payments via the TMS (i.e. Kyriba) and/or directly through bank portal(s), in compliance with internal policy/DTPs/LWIs
* Assist to identity appropriate ST investment vehicles with banking partners for excess cash to achieve maximum of interest income
* Assist to optimize cash utilization/centralization strategies on local/regional/global level via appropriate solutions
* Support Investor Relations related tasks, e.g. coordinating lender calls, lender questions, etc.
* Assist to refine the FX hedging strategy when needed
* Seek and implement continuous improvements of Treasury related processes
* Assist with Treasury related reporting and projects, liaising with Accounting, FP&A, Tax and other stakeholders
* Monitor and implement actions to ensure group wide compliance with regulations and internal policies, fraud review and four eyes principle
* Other periodic and/or ad hoc tasks, as needed
Treasury Manager REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance; a CTP or CFA credential is a plus
* 5+ years of prior experience in financial/Treasury areas
* Understanding of Treasury aspects, including debt financing, cash management, investment of excess cash, intercompany financing, FX and IR hedging operations structures.
* Kyriba TMS is required
* Demonstrated success in process improvement and development with strong analytical skills
* Strong focus on and record of compliance
* Comfortable working in environments with significant ambiguity
* Demonstrated ability to work across multiple and diverse functions, organizations, levels and cultures
