Job Title: Sr. Technical Project Manager and Lead
Location: USA Remote

A Sr. Technical Project Manager job for Belcan Mexico Operations, is currently available. This is a full time position with one of our key aerospace clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of complex projects/programs within the organization. Your primary focus will be on managing the technical aspects of programs, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and meeting customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure programs and business objectives are achieved within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Job Duties:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Supports and/or lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Supports coordination and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project and programs requirements.
- Monitor projects progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure successful execution.
- Support and leads team"s growth strategies vertically through actual clients and new ones
Technical Expertise:
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring the implementation of best practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to address technical challenges and ensure project success.
- Desired: Possess a strong understanding of aerospace technologies, systems, and processes relevant to the assigned programs. Any prior certification as Project manager and/or process related industry is desired.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Maintains and develop new clients network relationship
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Identify Opportunities and develop exploitation strategies to accelerate the schedule or lower overall project cost.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans to ensure project success and safety.
- Monitor and evaluate project risks throughout the project lifecycle, making necessary adjustments as required.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Supports optimum resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and meet objectives.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to procure necessary resources within budgetary constraints.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications.
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, management, and executive teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in technical project management, with relevant (+8yrs) experience in the aerospace industry of more than 10 years.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace technologies, systems, and processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards applicable to the aerospace industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Desired Tool Experience: Excel, PM Tools, MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Oracle
- Bilingual: Spanish / English
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- GE, Safran or other Aerospace industry relevant experience
-Previous MRB, Engineering approval
- Advanced degree
