Job Description:
Client is seeking a hands-on Electrical Wiring Technician to support a short-term harness build project at the Concord facility. This role exists to stabilize workflow and eliminate inefficiencies caused by rotating personnel from other sites.
Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret wiring harness diagrams
* Follow pin-to-pin spreadsheets and documentation
* Pull correct wires from prepared kits
* Perform wire stripping, splicing, crimping, and soldering
* Assemble harnesses to specification
* Maintain workmanship standards for sensitive electronic equipment
* Work collaboratively with technical staff on-site
* Support on-site skills verification assessment
Software/Tools Used:
* Harness diagrams (engineering drawings)
* Pin-to-pin spreadsheets
* Standard electrical build documentation
* Wire strippers
* Crimp tools
* Soldering equipment
