Key Responsibilities:
*Own the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of shared marketing assets for the dealer channel, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with overall channel strategy.
*Manage projects to launch products, services and marketing communication programs and in-store merchandising executions.
*Build comprehensive pitch decks to support customer needs across all segments.
*Execute, analyze and track marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement with target consumer groups through our integrated marketing plan such as traditional and digital media, lead generation campaigns, retail/co-op advertising, in-store communication, fixture development, promotions, pricing and sales team training.
*Collaborate with and influence brand managers, product marketing teams, field sales team, account teams, CRM teams and other cross functional groups to ensure delivery/execution of marketing plans.
*Support National promotion programs and strategy to effectively change consumer behavior, specific to segment and distribution channel and using clear and appropriate metrics to deliver continuous improvement.
*Engage with development of impactful strategies, based on shopper insights that will be used for product innovation and repositioning initiatives, assortment decisions, merchandising, and collateral.
*Utilize marketing budget to align with the spend objectives of brand building, volume building and/or competitive response
*Act as primary coordinator for trade shows & regional event activations

Qualifications:
*0-3 years of marketing experience
*Bachelor"s and/or college diploma/degree in marketing or related field is required.
*Experience in B2B marketing and/or retail marketing is strongly desired.
*Self-motivated, analytical, and results oriented marketer with the skills to plan, prioritize, guide, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
*This position requires a high-level of overall passion and curiosity for both B2B and B2C marketing.
*Poses excellent project management and problem solving skills and be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
*Possesses strong communication and presentation skills in English, and have experience working effectively and getting results within a sophisticated sales organization and with cross functional teams.
*Ability to communicate in French is an asset but not a requirement.
