Role Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager, is responsible for leading and executing key marketing initiatives that support the Brand store network. This role ensures brand and commercial strategies translate into structured, high-impact programs that drive store performance and improve the customer experience.
This is a hands-on role with full ownership of selected programs and initiatives, combining execution excellence with strong project management and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will drive timelines, ensure accountability, and elevate how marketing supports the field.
Success is measured by program delivery, field adoption, clarity of communication, and tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead end-to-end execution of assigned marketing programs and store initiatives
*Own project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
*Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and executed consistently in stores
*Monitor adoption and proactively identify gaps or improvement opportunities
Sales Enablement
*Develop and continuously improve sales tools including product selectors, pitch decks, and sell sheets
*Ensure tools are practical, impactful, and aligned with store needs
*Support initiatives that drive premium mix and attachment growth
In-Store & Channel Activation
*Lead POP development, product launch kits, and campaign activation for Brand stores
*Translate national campaigns into clear, executable in-store plans
*Elevate execution standards across the network
Store Communications
*Own the store marketing communication cadence and framework
*Drive clarity, prioritization, and consistency in messaging
*Ensure alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Store Operations
Continuous Improvement
*Gather structured feedback from stores and internal partners
*Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve execution speed
*Recommend tactical initiatives that strengthen store support and performance
Qualifications
*3-6 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or store operations
*Experience managing projects or initiatives end-to-end
*Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
*Comfortable driving timelines and following through across stakeholders
*Retail store experience strongly preferred
