Role Overview
You will support the development and execution of sales tools, promotional materials, product labels, and brand assets for the Brand store network.
This is a hands-on production role focused on translating marketing direction into clear, consistent, and brand-compliant visual assets. The role works closely with the Marketing team and Senior Graphic Designer to ensure materials are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.
Success in this role is measured by quality, speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotional Materials

Design and update sales tools including sell sheets, product selectors, pitch decks, and promotional flyers
*
Develop in-store promotional materials such as POP signage, posters, and campaign assets
*
Adapt national campaign assets for store-level use
Product Labels & Packaging Support
*
Assist in the development and updates of product labels and packaging components
*
Ensure accuracy of technical information, regulatory content, and brand consistency
*
Prepare print-ready production files and manage version control
Brand Asset Development
*
Support creation and adaptation of brand assets across print and digital channels
*
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
*
Organize and manage creative asset libraries
Collaboration & Production
*
Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to execute creative concepts
*
Partner with Marketing to interpret briefs and deliver practical, business-driven assets
Qualifications
*
0-3 years of experience in graphic design or related field
*
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent
*
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
*
Strong layout, typography, and production skills
*
Detail-oriented with strong file management discipline
*
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
