Job Description:
The position duties will include:
* Test Site Maintenance
* Execute Preventive Maintenance and Site Repairs on a regular basis
* Assist vendor support when warranted
* Inventory consumables & spare parts necessary to maintain the operation
* Maintain daily site status log
* Support a three shift operation
* Support power-train emissions development, U.S. Certification, Homologation, & Vehicle Engineering (VE) problem resolution
* Support the development of new equipment / test methodologies required to meet new emissions and fuel economy requirements
* Additional assignments as necessary to deliver corporate objectives
* Cross-function as required within multiple laboratories
Basic Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* 1+ years of experience in emission laboratory maintenance and site repair
Preferred Requirements:
* Knowledge of basic chemistry
* Proven experience with data analysis
* Knowledge of analytical & sampling systems
* Knowledge of diesel testing process
* Ability to analyze and solve system issues.
* Proven power-train experience
* Motivated/Self starter
* Excellent organizational skills
* Should have ability to adjust to changing requirements
