Job Description:
This position will report into the NA Supply Chain & Logistic department under the Customer Solutions group. The role will be to assist all the Client sales groups within North America as well as take on additional responsibilities in Customer Solutions as we blend into a global standardized organization with additional technologies.
Sales Operations Support:
* Customer Master Data Management: Create and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
* Material Master Data: Establish and update material master data to support sales and operations
* Sample Management: Process sample requests and coordinate sample distribution across Business Entities
* CRM Support: Assist sales teams with CRM functionality, data entry, and system optimization
* Complaint Processing: Manage customer complaint data entry and tracking processes
Skills:
BS in Business preferred, or an equivalent degree demonstrating problem solving.
Must be able to work well with a large range of internal clients, as a part of a team.
Must be an independent self-starter.
PREFERRED:
* SAP experience; Excel knowledge.
* Familiarity with newer technical tools such as ChatGPT (to assist in making the position more efficient)
