Job Title: Senior RF Technician
Pay Rate: $28-38/hr

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshoot, repair, and test a wide range of RF and digital systems, subsystems, and components.
* Work independently while taking direction from engineers to achieve results.
* Respond quickly to customer needs while maintaining high-quality outputs.
* Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
* Develop soldering skills and achieve J-STD-001 certification.
* Gain working knowledge of various RF and electronic test equipment.
* Efficiently test and troubleshoot new circuit designs and identify issues for improvement.
* Maintain flexibility while achieving engineering and production goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3-5+ years of experience in RF and electronic systems testing and repair.
* Strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work independently and take technical direction.
* Experience mentoring or training junior technicians.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
* Working knowledge of RF systems and digital electronic systems.
* Experience using electronic test equipment for troubleshooting and repair.
* Ability to follow engineering instructions and perform complex repairs.
* Familiarity with J-STD-001 soldering standards.
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prior experience in RF or high-frequency electronics environments.
* Experience with subsystem-level testing and debugging.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
