Job Summary
* Contract drafting
o Consent letters
o Novation
* In-depth contract review and analysis
* Contract redaction and clean up
* Contractual data collection and aggregation
* Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
* Supporting data room management
* Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
* Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
* Prior experience with M&A preferred.
Education: BA/BS REQUIRED. Juris Doctorate Preferred OR Para legal
Experience: JD 1-2 years experience, BA/BS AT LEAST 6 years contract experience
