Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $64.05/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. * A mini-GM / business leader for the brand
* Entrepreneurial, confident, and decisive
* Comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
* Has executive presence and can represent the brand externally
Experience Profile
* 6-10+ years in:
o Brand management, category leadership, commercial strategy, commercial marketing
* Strong preference for:
o Experience with licensed brands or premium/luxury portfolios
o Exposure to cross-functional + global organizations
* Has demonstrable experience:
o Building Brand Marketing/Strategy
o Leading forecasting + business planning
o Influencing or owning revenue / sales outcomes
o Interfacing with external partners (ideally licensors)
Skill Requirements (Elevated)
* Advanced Excel + Financial Acumen
o Forecasting, gap analysis, scenario planning
o Can lead monthly/quarterly business reviews
* Executive-Level Storytelling (PowerPoint)
o Builds narratives that influence decisions at senior levels

Distribution // Pricing //Assortment
* Stakeholder Management
o Can confidently engage:
Internal leadership
