Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Service Consultant to support our technologies.
As Product Service Consultant, you will have a significant impact on overall product quality and customer experience for our technologies. This role will provide support and service engineering services which include product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing application and technical problems. With an emphasis in project management, internal and external relations
Typical task breakdown:
- New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
o Create documentation
o Validate form, fit and function of newly developed products
- Continuous Product Improvement
o Evaluate defect in production products
- Advance support for internal and external customer
o Triage escalations to restore customer production system
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 3- 4 years experience. Experience in NPI and CPI processes.
- Degree requirement: Bachelor"s Degree Computer Science, Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineer.
- Will accept an Associate"s with more years of relevant experience. Master"s degree may be overqualified.
