Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expeditor to support procurement and supply chain operations for our well known aerospace customer. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity focused on ensuring materials, hardware, and purchased parts are tracked, ordered, and delivered on time to support production and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Expedite and track hardware, materials, and supplier deliveries to support production schedules.
* Create and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders in ERP systems.
* Monitor order status and provide regular reporting on material availability and delivery performance.
* Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing, and procurement issues.
* Maintain accurate part information, revisions, and purchasing records.
* Support invoice resolution and collaborate with Accounts Payable as needed.
* Participate in supplier meetings and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
* Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely procurement support.
Required Qualifications
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
* Basic understanding of purchasing processes, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
* Experience supporting operational purchasing or transactional procurement activities in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Due to the nature of the role, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
* Quantum, SAP experience
* Experience supporting Accounts Payable reconciliation activities
* Experience with vendor onboarding or vendor master maintenance
* Manufacturing or automotive industry experience

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $30.00-$38.00 per hour.
