Job Description Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or local equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant experience
* Ability to communicate, receive, and understand written and verbal instructions in English
* Flexibility to work both independently and within a team, with varied daily tasks/responsibilities
* Excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, personal initiative, and work ethic
* Excellent time management skills, desire to learn, and flexible approach to daily work tasks
* Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on product quality and safe working practices
* Demonstrated capabilities in 3 or more of the Key Skills listed below
* Entry Level Hardware IT (Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with customers to schedule the timely recovery of loaner Ultrasound units.
* Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to the recovery process.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and report on the status of recovery operations to management.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
* Proven experience in asset recovery, logistics, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the medical equipment industry.
* Knowledge of Ultrasound equipment and its handling.
* Familiarity with CRM software and asset management systems.
