A SolidWorks CAD Drawing/Modeler job is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for Creating CAD models and drawings for Industrial components.
Job Duties:
* Create detailed CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks software
* Perform detailed characterization of hardware using CMM, white-light scan, Laser point scan, and Faro data to extract detailed geometry features
* Make model construction and drafting decisions
* Assist Engineering with technical presentations and various engineering tasks
* Assist in training other personnel with CAD systems
* Work in a lab and field environments
Qualifications:
* Two-year AA/AS degree or a graduate from technical school with applicable certificate
* A minimum of two years experience modeling gas turbine hot section cooled turbine airfoils or similar experience
Education
* Ability to create detailed CAD models and drawings with little or no supervision
* Detailed knowledge of SolidWorks
* Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) based on ASME Y14.5 -1994 for drawing creation
* Ability to work fully onsite at our Belcan México Office in Querétaro
