Job Description:
Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:
- Dumping and loading railcars and trucks
- Operating a grain dryer
- Assisting with grain handling
- Performing general housekeeping duties
- Performing general maintenance as needed
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
- Be committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understand and follow all company safety procedures.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
- Be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted.
- Be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain a professional image at all times and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
