Ce role vous oblige à travailler dans un environnement d'equipe multiculturel au rythme rapide et exige de solides competences en matiere de service a la clientele et la capacite de traiter les litiges des clients. Une experience dans la gestion de la file d'attente des requetes/du support est fortement souhaitable.

En quoi consistera votre journee ?
- Effectuer des actions de recouvrement de creances avec une grande precision et un suivi persistant.
- Effectuer plus de 30 appels sortants vers des compagnies aeriennes pour le recouvrement de creances impayees.
- Rapprocher les paiements et les factures selon les enregistrements dans SAP.
- S'assurer que toutes les actions clients effectuees sont documentees et validees dans Salesforce.
- Construire et gerer les relations avec les grands comptes clients.
- Expliquer les dettes et les litiges sous-jacents afin d'accelerer le processus de recouvrement.
- Transmettre tout probleme client non resolu à l'equipe appropriee.
- Mettre a jour les contacts de maniere appropriee dans Salesforce pour un suivi ulterieur reussi.
- Rapports periodiques sur les activites de recouvrement.
- Trouver, localiser, valider et contacter les debiteurs pour s'enquérir de l'etat de leurs paiements.

Si vous avez :
- La maitrise de l'anglais, du français et de l'espangnol (Parle et Ecrit) est requise,
- 1+ ans d'experience dans un environnement de service client utilisant plusieurs canaux de communication (telephone, chat, systeme CRM).
- Un diplome universitaire en administration des affaires, en gestion des affaires, en gestion de l'hospitalite et du tourisme ou tout autre programme pertinent est souhaite.
- Etre capable de travailler de maniere indépendante avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches, de hierarchiser les taches et de gerer le temps efficacement.
- Capacite à s'adapter/repondre a differents types de clients dans le secteur de l'aviation.
- La connaissance des produits et services, des services financiers, de l'intelligence economique de l'industrie, de la formation et des publications est un atout.
- La connaissance de SAP, des systemes CRM (Salesforce) et des applications Microsoft (Excel avance, Power Point, Power BI, Outlook, Sharepoint) est un atout.
- Bonnes capacites de negociation, de persuasion et de resolution de problemes pour traiter les clients dont les dettes sont difficiles a resoudre.

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team environment and requires strong customer service skills and the ability to process customer disputes. Experience in query / support queue management is highly desirable.

What your day would be like:
* Complete Debt Collection actions with high accuracy and persistent follow up
* Performing 30+ outbound calls to aviation companies for the collection of outstanding debts.
* Reconcile payments and invoices according to records in SAP.
* Ensure all customer actions performed are documented & validated in Salesforce.
* Build and manage relationship with large customer accounts.
* Explanation of underlying debts and disputes to quicken the collection process.
* Escalate any unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team.
* Update contacts appropriately in Salesforce for successful future follow up.
* Reporting of collection activity on a periodic basis.
* Finding, locating, validating and contacting debtors to make inquiries on their payment status.

* 1+ years of experience in customer service environment utilizing multiple communication channels (Phone, Chat, CRM System).
* A University Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management or relevant degree program is desired.
* Be able to work independently with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers in the aviation industry.
* Knowledge of Financial Services, Industry Business Intelligence, Training and Publications are an asset.
* Knowledge of SAP, CRM Systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft applications (advance Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Outlook, Sharepoint) are an asset.
* Good negotiation, persuasion, and Problem-solving skills to handle customers whose debts are difficult to resolve
